I have had fatigue for the past few month. At first I used WebMD and other sites to figure out what I had. After a CT scan they said Acute Sinusitis. I had been sneezing alot lately but never would have believed that that was the case for the fatigue. I was worried that it might have been hyperthriodism or diabetes luckily it is not.

Well I won't lie I know that I have unhealthy sinuses for the obvious reasons: Meth, amphetimine, and alot of bad and some very good coke. My question to all of you is have you ever been diagnosed with sinus issues due to drug usage? I hope that the initial medication helps me with whats wrong but I have feeling that this is more serious than just giving me some steriods and anti-botics.

I guess what I am trying to ask is it's time for me to stop snorting drugs for good isnt it? I guess oral administration of cocaine is the only way to go?

You could also stop ingesting cocaine. But then again I guess you could be a millionaire so in that case go with the oral. I mean, you could always stick to shooting your coke or cooking it with baking soda and a pinch of cinnamon and then smoking, but this is a harm reduction board and that would just be plain silly+irresponsible. So yeah, go with drinking your coke. I suggest mixing it with crown royal, I think that's how stevie ray did it before he threw up his stomach lining.

shooting and smoking it just well make it a civilized drug and in to a junkie drug. I guess I could quit ingesting it.

What I am really looking for though and should have written such is if any other people expierence sinus difficulty from snortable drugs and what there worst case senarios are. You always know one day you will have to quit ... but for sinus reason where never the reason I thought would be the reason.

BTW I live somewhere where it is so cheap anybody could afford to drink it.

I've had bad sinus troubles since I was a teenager. At age 25, I was diagnosed with "deviated septum" and needed an operation to get it fixed because one side was completely blocked. That worked for a while but gradually closed up again. About 2 years ago, I got into a car wreck and my face banged into the windshield, breaking my nose and needed stitches in my head and face. The "closed reduction" was not a sufficient fix and since then I lost my job along with health insurance. So my sinuses are totally fucked up again. I sometimes still attempt to snort drugs but generally just end up with a runny nose and wasting it. So I would suggest seeing an ENT specialist and you don't need to tell them about your drug use. Loads of people have bad sinus troubles that don't snort drugs. It can be corrected surgically. ~theresa
